Abstract

ROTU Airforce Cadet Intake System is a record management system that will be used by PALAPES management and students in University Malaysia Sarawak. This system will help the PALAPES management in term of managing and storing records of students who want to join the Airforce recruitment. Currently, the process of managing and storing the student’s records is downside of this method is PALAPES management frequently misplaced the files. Another problem is, data of students not securely protected since the data not stored properly in database. This system also will help students to save their time and energy because their no need come to the booth only for fill application form. By proposed this automated system, students simply only use their devices to fill in online application form. The methodology that was used to develop the proposed system is Agile Methodology.
