A thousand sets of thesis hardcopy are produced by final year students in every year. Those theses are stored in a physical place to allow other students to read or refer to it as reference. However, Faculty Computer Science and Information Technology are facing an issue of lack of a place to store the thesis hardcopy. Therefore, the aim of this project is to develop an online repository system to store the thesis and allow other users search thesis that they are interesting. There is 3 existing system which contains similar function are reviewed as a literature review. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is the methodology used for developing the proposed system and questionnaire use for collecting the user requirement. The design of the system is created according to the user requirement. Flowchart, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), and Entity Relation Diagram (ERD) are used to design the flow of the system and the interface of the system is created by using Graphic User Interface (GUI). The Apache and MySQL are used to set up the environment for system implementation. There are three types of testing had been used to test the system which are functional testing, unit testing, and user testing. From the result of user testing, the users are satisfied with the proposed system and they had provided some recommendations for future work. The conclusion and future work had been discussed to improve the system in the future. Those Recommendations future work is adding a filter, combining the system with the FCSIT FYP system, creating a watermark for the thesis, and adding the supervisor and co-supervisor browse by function.
