Abstract

Two different types of forest involved in this study, They are located in Bau, Sarawak The forests involved are primary forest and secondary forest For the forest sites, they located near Kampung Serasot, Bau, Sarawak. At there, I want to study the differences of composition, including litter biomass, moisture content, altitude and also the litter composition. Therefore, forest litter from both sites were collected for being analysed and determined in term of dry-weight, litter biomass and moisture content It also to determine whether different types offorest has different type offorest litter and does it influences my study, Conclusively, the relationship between the forest litter composition and amount of the forest litter per unit area in the two different types offorest were established.
