Abstract
This research is a approach to know the effectiveness of the Sarawak Cultural Village management sector in maintaning and rehabilitating the culture and heritage of the Sarawak dominance ethnics to shown to the visitors who come to the village. Besides that, this research is carried out to review the weaknesses of the village management on how to deal with the artifacts stealing, rehabilitation of ethnic houses, and how the cultural activities that being shown at the Sarawak Cultural Village handled.
