Course Learning Outcome Assessment System (CLOAS) concept is to record all the student’s academic performance based on the course learning outcomes by measuring their marks in every assessment. The main aim of the project is to build a system which is able to assess the course learning outcomes for all courses in Department Electrical and Electronic Engineering in FENG UNIMAS. The measurement for assessments are derived from student’s progress marks such as quizzes, tests, assignments and final exam. After getting the course outcome score, the contribution of each course is mapped to the programme outcome that can be measured until the end of the student’s study program in 4 years. In getting the score based on course outcome, the lecturer will plan earlier on the assessment question to be very practical to be implemented. The programs used to design this system are very user friendly known as XAMPP, PHP, MYSQL server, HTML, and Notepad++ which are free source. Users are able to understand the concepts and procedure is using this system. There are some advantages offered in this system that are energy saving, facilitate the works of lecturers, increase work efficiency and working green that is paper saving.
