Abstract

This study aims to review the user's perception of the business through online marketing craft products. The focus of this study focused on the perception and satisfaction towards the purchase of craft products on-line. The first objective of the study is to Identify the user's perception of the effectiveness of the marketing of craft products. While the second objective of the study was to determine consumer satisfaction with products purchased on-line. Methods of data collection using two methods, namely primacy and secondary. The primary data is through the distribution of questionnaires of 200 set and distributed to students UNIMAS. Secondary data is information that is referenced in books, journals, articles and websites. This study used quantitative methods. The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis, test reliability and the correlation with data and information through the software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20.
