Abstract

This study is to examine the level of customer's satisfaction on the quality of doorgift made based on ceramic handicraft in terms of its quality, shape, facilities and customer services. The method of this study is quantitative. 200 sets of questionnaire have been distributed to the customers of Belipot Craft Kelantan. The researchers analysed informations taken by using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). This research has proven that the doorgift is matched up to the customer's satisfaction and needs.
