Abstract
This study aim to identify FSGK role to produce UNIMAS art management student. This study gives attention to art management role of student as one of the workforce in art event carried out in UNIMAS. Qualitative method and quantitative used by researcher in settling this study problems. Study found retrieval result that practical training prepared by FSGK not enough to art management student in facing working world
