Abstract
This study focus on Perguruan Seni Silat Helang Putih Perkasa Sarawak (PSSHPPS) management problems in order to achieve certain goals such as identifying the Silat Helang Putih Perkasa's society, analyse the management and gives some suggestions in order to improve this organization. A qualitative approach used to collect the data through interviews and observations. Researchers found that people in Kuching, Sarawak were mostly active in the art activities especially in martial arts.
