Abstract

Animatian is graphic image generated and manipuialed by compuler la produce movemenl and special effect 3D is reference 10 space wilh Ihird dimension perspective. Comic are prinr media wilh sketch in color or black and white plus story board [denrity are the origin, purity and own image. Local 3D animation is well developing, same as comic induslrial that stand earlier. Local 3D animation has an identity crisis durarion to the influences from foreign country. The influences is good for studying and research purpose, but in sense of originality, identity should come first to achieve a beller successful. There for, local identity will be the main allraclions in the artwork of 3D animation. Reasonable promotion is important for marketing and publicity. Sum up, this research purpose are to find alternative solution for the identity crisis in local 3D animalion Applying local comic in 3D animation is the suggestion from Ihe research to overcome the identity crisis. Using a promotion medium such as advertising are suggested for marketing placement and customer demands for local 3D animation industry
