Abstract
Presented to counsellors, members of Khidmat Sokongan Pekerja (KSP), and facilitators on Self-Value Excellence Module. Self-Value Excellence Module is developed based on the 6 Shared Values (Integrity, Kind & Caring, Professionalism, Sense of Urgency & Ownership, Team Spirit, and Result-Oriented. Choice Theory in counselling is chosen as theoretical background and the Sidek Module Development Model (adapted from Amalia Madihie et al., 2015) is referred as guideline in developing the interventions.
