Abstract
Nowadays, people always search for different kind of recipe as some of them may faced the situation such as lack of idea about what meal can be prepare by using the available ingredients they had. Hence, these individuals usually will search various kind of recipe from the website in order to find the solutions they required. Therefore, the Recipe Library Web Based Application will provide a convenience platform for the users to search for the recipe they required. The users able to input the ingredients they have and the system will recommend the suitable recipe for the users. Moreover, this web application also provide a platform which is a post forum for registered user to post their own recipe. The recipe post by user able to receive comment and rating from other users so that they have an opportunity to exchange idea and share their experiences
