Abstract

The aim of the project is to build employee leave management systems that combine a large number of activities and provide solutions for a diverse range of managerial challenges. This project will comply with the requirement to automate and improve the management of employee information, leave requests, and leave approval. There needs to be a streamlined, automated system in place for managing leaves and planning for various work settings, and long leaves need to be booked ahead of time. It concurrently demonstrates a strong work ethic and enhances productivity. This plan will enhance organization overall performance by enabling the staff to reach their maximum potential and achieve the organization's goals. The outcome is the development of an automated employee leave management system that is superior in terms of productivity, absence of errors, absence of paper, and administrative ease. The Waterfall model was employed to build an automated system for the system. A system that effectively manages leave benefits both the organisation as a whole and the individuals who utilise it. It enables planning for an employee's leave to be prepared in advance. Through this system, employees may make requests for time off and monitor their own leave records, while employers can analyze, authorize, and monitor any current leave requests. The user interface has been designed to be more uniform user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. This system's development will ultimately offer a lot of benefits for the organization
