Abstract

The problem that this proposed project aims to address is the inefficiency and high cost of manual tracking and inventory management of robe rentals in universities. The current manual process is time-consuming and can lead to inaccuracies in tracking the number of robes rented and returned. RFID-based robe rental and return tracking system aims to improve the ef ficiency of the university administrator's inventory management process. By implementing RFID technology, the system would be able to reduce waiting times for graduates to receive and return robes and provide real-time dashboard monitoring for the administrator to track the total number of robes rented and returned. The design of the system using RAD methodology includes the integration of RFID readers and tags, as well as a database for storing and managing rental records. This project will help to improve the inventory management process, making it more efficient and cost-effective.
