Abstract

This project aims to develop a financial loan management system for the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology. The system will be designed to help manage loans applied for by students, with the goal of providing ease for the user in order to manage any loan in the near future. The system will be developed using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. The faculty plays a vital role in helping financially in need students by providing additional financial support, however, the main problem addressed by this project is that the loan management was done manually, making it inconvenient for the faculty to keep track of all the loans. The loan management system will make it easier for the faculty to manage all the loan applications and payments, with an official application form and statements. The system will improve the faculty's ability to keep track of loans, making it a more efficient process for both the faculty and the students. This project will use the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology to develop the loan management system. This methodology will enable the developer to quickly create a working prototype and improve it through several rounds of feedback, ensuring that the final system meets the needs of both the faculty and the students.
