Abstract

Women entrepreneurship plays a pivotal role in economic growth, yet its full potential remains untapped. In Sarawak, where 20% of entrepreneurs are women, understanding factors contributing to women-led enterprises' success and growth is crucial. This study aims to investigate the impact of dynamic capabilities, innovation, market knowledge, and social capital on women-led enterprises in Sarawak. In summary, dynamic capabilities, innovation, market knowledge, and social capital are essential elements that can help women entrepreneurs in Sarawak start and grow successful businesses. The investigation hold significant potential for empowering women entrepreneurs, informing policymaking, and further enriching the understanding of women entrepreneurship's role in driving economic development. By recognizing and addressing the specific needs of women entrepreneurs in Sarawak, the research can contribute to creating a more inclusive and prosperous entrepreneurial landscape in the region. This investigation hopes to create a supportive environment for empowering women entrepreneurs in Sarawak and unlock the potential of women-led enterprises and drive economic development in the region, creating a more inclusive and prosperous business landscape.
