Abstract

Klaus Schwab, Pengasas Forum Ekonomi Dunia (WEF) dalam buku bertajuk The Fourth Industrial Revolution menyebut bahawa Revolusi Perindustrian 4.0 (4IR) mampu memberi impak besar terhadap perkhidmatan kerajaan. Esei ini akan memperkenalkan teknologi berkaitan 4IR dan bagaimana ia bermanfaat dalam proses inovasi sektor awam. Perbincangan juga akan menyorot permasalahan berkaitan inovasi penyampaian. Beberapa cadangan penyelesaian akan diutarakan bagi menjadikan 4IR pemangkin inovasi penyampaian perkhidmatan awam.
