Abstract

In this few decades, the business organizations realized that records management system are important to record all of the daily routine transactions that take place within organization. In Malaysia, some of the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Company do not captured their company transaction documents in sojicopy using management system. Consequently, the company's employees need to flip all those documents to collate the financial transactions during the company auditing time. Besides that, with the traditional way to records, the organization' employees need to summarize the transaction amount manually and generate the reports. This is time consuming and inefficient. With the proposed system namely, Transaction Record Management System, problems like burden of classifying and declaring records, and time consuming on generating reports are significantly reduce. Transaction record management system is designed for the business transactions involving activities like collecting, modification and retrieval of all the transaction data of an organization. The main purpose of transaction record management system is to provide an efficient and reliability system that performs and records the daily routine transactions necessary to conduct the business. In short, proposed system can help an organization to manage all of the daily routine transactions that take place within organization.
