Abstract

The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is a major publisher of scientific journal which serves as learning center within engineering sciences, research and technologv. Many authors facing the issues regarding the format style of papers when want to publish their research papers in IEEE. It is understandable that different authors have their own style in preparing their papers. However, IEEE will only publish papers based on IEEE standards style. Failure to follow the requirements of the IEEE standards style may result delay in the publication. La TeX is a computer language for generating scientific documentation and it possess ability to typeset Mathematical Equations. By contrast, users need to learn La TeX typesetting commands on the reason of LaTeX lack of a point-and-click math editor. IEEE La TeX Document Editor will create a more manageable and accessible set of standards that can be quickly revised and edited by the users. The system will standardize the format style and create an easy to use interface for insertion of Mathematical Equations. The system will get rid the problem of wrong format style and time-consuming in editing Mathematical Equations. IEEE LaTeX Document Editor will simplify the users on creating papers with the combinations of Mathematical Equations.
