Abstract

Obesity and overweight is a serious problem faced in Malaysia, It is determined by Body Mass Index (BMI). According to a study conducted by the Malaysian Shape of the Nation(MySon), shows that women are more likely to suffer from weight problems by 62%. Therefore, the approach of Service Design methodology using Double Diamond process is applied in this study to identify the problem as whole. Case studies have been done on women police in the District Headquarters(IPD) selected. Some Service Design Tools has been used, such as Service User Journey Map and Blueprint. Through the application of Service Design methodology, date analysis and observations there is lack of Emotional Design on existing products and User Interation between users and the products. Therefore, the products that will be develop will emphasis on Emotional Connection between users and the final product.
