Abstract

This research was conducted to explore the relatIOnship of communication, organizatIOnal justice, self~emcacy, organizatIOnal idcmification and partlcipation towards ctnployces' readiness for change with the transformational leadership as the moderator, Convenient sampling method was carried out for data collection, A total of 160 responses were collected from the executives and managers of small and medium enterprises in Malaysia, The data collected were run by using SPSS version 22 and Smart PLS 2,0 The results of this revealed that the relationship of both communication organizational identification towards employees' readiness for change were positively significant. However, the relationship of organizational justice, self-efficacy, and par11clpation towards employees' readmess for change were inslgnitkant Lastly, the insignificant moc!erntltlg effect of transformational leadership was found
