Uncontrolled Keywords: Recently, numerous empirical studies have been to investigate the between services sector, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and economic growth for many countries including Malaysia and Singapore. Therefore, this paper is carried out to reexamine the relationship between services sector performance, FDI and economic growth for Malaysia and Singapore using time series data which cover from the year 1980 to 2009. Unit Root Test, Johansen Multivariate Test, Granger Causality based on Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) and Granger Causality Test are applied in order to run the analysis. In the findings, we found that the two relations between performance of the services sector, FDI and economic growth in Malaysia and Singapore in the long run. This means not only the services sector to increase economic growth but economic growth also can improve performance of the services sector in the long run. The services sector also contributed to economic growth in Malaysia and Singapore.
