Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between smartphone use for work and time management on work-life conflict among employees working in private sectors located in Kuching, Sarawak. Online questionnaires have been distributed to the employees in three private sectors based in Kuching. 123 employees have taken part in this research. Results of questionnaire with 123 samples of employees working in private sectors has indicated that smartphone use for work and time management has positive moderate relationship with work-life conflict. Descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation were used in this study. Last but not least, implementation, limitation of the research and some recommendations to organization, HR practitioners and future researchers were made.
