Abstract

Based on the existing reviewed application related to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) in the Apps Store, not all of the application can cater for the user's needs; the purpose of this application is focusing on the Five E's (5Es) principles which is Efficient, Effective, Engaging, Error tolerant, and Easy to learn as the main key points. Some of the existing application consist too much menu option which makes the users confused which one should they use and nowadays users are more preferred to make less action to achieve what they want. Hence, Mobile-Based GST Product Status Checker Application using Android platform is created in this project. Scrum Methodology is used in this project development process. The application function includes basic product information for user, scan bar code by using device camera, calculator, and feedback form to leave any commend or report according to GST product.
