Abstract

This study examines aspects jewelry style reception English into Malay traditional jewelry. English acceptance of jewelry has now been adopted by the community and has become the latest trend nowadays very popular and loved most Malaysian women. English decor can be defined as an ornament to decorate the interior of an art, to furnish a home, office, and shop. Watch English is very closely related to patterns and floral motifs are subtle and soft colors used for indoor decoration inspired freshness. The objective of this study is to be achieved is to study jewelry styles in adapting English and English-style modifications to the Malay community. While the second objective is to examine the challenges faced by the community in the selection and implementation of modifications to decorating decoration traditional English into French and the last objective is to see the factors of acceptance English style jewelry among fans of modern art jewelry. The study also used qualitative methods, namely based on interviews conducted in several residential houses jewelry English fans. Through this study concluded that a key piece of interest and want to learn modern decor attitude through fan-lovers can expose the younger generation to come of English decorating style jewelry.
