Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the market reliability factor of graduate to compete in labor market. Market reliability value in this study means the ability to hunting the job. Market reliabilities that this study looked at is Soft skill such as i) communicate ii) technical ii) to lead and manage and iv) the strategy to find the job skills. This study involves 50 of graduate UNIMAS 2012. In this study, purposive sampling technique has been used. A set of questionnaire fonn to identify ski-us that has to available in graduate and to analyze the relation between the skill and the problem in order to find the job were distributed. Microsoft excel has been use to analyze the collected data. From the study that has been carry out the skill and a problem in getting a job have a relation. Soft skills are very important for graduates in order to qualify a job. These findings can contribute to the education field. Ministry of education can study the best module skills which are relevant to graduate so that graduates are capable. These findings also expected to contribute in the government so that the appropriate policies can be develop in employment sector. Roles and contribution of government were important to the development economic in the country.
