Abstract

This research is aimed to study about the notions of soundscapes in film from Malaysian context for the purpose to introduce the proper definition and how it is used in certain kind of film. Qualitative method was used as a methodology to collect the data for this research such as through online resources, reading and film analysis. The first part of this paper discusses a brief introduction to the chosen topic, followed by relevant facts on literature review, which are based on previous research and specialized studies. The second part explains on the research methodology and the data analysis. The final part of this paper is the expected outcome of this study.
