Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of workplace environment factors i. e. supervisor's support, physical environment, work environment, job aid, knowledge sharing culture towards the employee performance. This survey covered only in Kuching for those working in military in Kota Samarahan. The sample of this study is 100 respondents. In this study, there are 5 independent variables such as physical environment, work environment, supervisor's support, job aid and knowledge sharing. Our results show that three out of five objectives were achieved. It contributes to organization to give the best working environment, physical environment and job aid. Each independent variable has its unique way to influence the performance of employees.
