Abstract

The most important and soul of each business and organization are the employees. Job performance and participation of employees always be an essential part in the achievement of an organization especially for the hospitality industry. This research was done to find the factors affecting employees job performance in hotel industry. The data was collected from 60 samples in one of the hotels from Langkawi, Malaysia. Convenience sampling was used to select the sample. Stress, working environment, workload and salary has a significant relationship with job performance. Identifying the factors that impact employees' job performance and overcome it will improve the performance of the employees.
