Abstract
This research is conducted to study the effect of leadership traits towards employees'performance in telecommunication sector. This qualitative study using the Full Range Leadership Model to identify and suggest the appropriate traits that required to a leader. This study using an interview guide which adopted from the past study and the interview session was conducted to six (6) informants located at the Telekom Hub Samariang, Kuching, Sarawak.
