Abstract

This research is conducted to examine the relationship between job burnout and organizational commitment among executives in Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG). The dependent variable in this study is organizational commitment, while independent variables are consists of job burnout dimensions which is emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment. This research used quantitative approach involving questionnaires in data collection. There are a total of 430 respondents that took part on filling in the distributed questionnaires. The questionnaires are all adapted from previous researchers. The data have been analysed using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) Version 20.0. Pearson Correlation Analysis is used to analyse the relationship between job burnout and organizational commitment. The findings show that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of job burnout and organizational commitment.
