Abstract

Occupation is one of the instruments in intervention with the use of force against the country that was attacked by the big powers for the purpose of justice based on the international law. However, the implementation of the occupation must be verify from the consent of the Security Council of the United Nations. Furthermore, before the UN Security Council gave permission for the implementation of verification occupation, negotiations or discussions are necessary to consider and evaluate the reasons for the occupation and also the effects that may arise from the occupation whether the impact is in positive or negative terms. The issue of the occupation of Iraq by the United States made a major review in this paper because of the occupation of Iraq is the only key to achieve alone. But, the United States does not take seriously the consequences of this occupation After the last military pulled out from Iraq until this present day, Iraq is still in the political turbulance and peace was not achived aspromised by the United States.
