Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between academic stress towards anxiety and time management among students in the Faculty of Cognitive Sciences and Human Development. Cross Sectional Quantitative method is used to investigate this study. Questionnaire was used in this study to collect data from 180 respondents. Spearman Correlation is used to identify relationship between Students Demographic Factors (gender, age, ethnic and program) and Students' Academic Performance, academic stress, anxiety and time management. The result indicate a weak relationship between ethnic and students' academic performance. Meanwhile, relationship between age, gender, academic stress, anxiety and time management were found to have no relationship with the students' academic performance. However, students were capable of managing their anxiety, academic stress and time management together to achieve high students' academic performance because there are weak relationship between these variables.
