Abstract

Blood is the most precious thing that anyone can give to any one in need. A decision to donate blood can help to save life. Blood Hero is a special design mobile application to make the blood donation process more efficient and convenience. Blood Hero also provides a platform for public to share their news and emergency case. In addition it provides two interfaces for donor and service provider which allows both of them to update information and news synchronously. A method used in this research is quantitative while the target respondents are blood donor and service provider. The main purpose of this research is to find out the problems and needs during the blood donation. Hero apps aimed to enhance the efficiency of the blood donation process and in addition to create awareness and to encourage others to be a blood donor.
