Abstract

Career mobility and its influence on the Generation Y have received considerable attention from research scholar and society in recent decades. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of ASEAN Economic Community AEC 2015 towards the career mobility of Generation Y in Kuching, Sarawak .. Survey method will be conducted in this study and questionnaires will be distributed to obtain the primary data. The data obtained from respondents later will be analyzed by using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software version 22.0. The regression .. analysis will be applied to examine the influence of knowledge, skills and abilities towards career mobility among Generation Y Professionals in Kuching, Sarawak. In overall, the results indicate that all influential variables have significant influence on career mobility among emloyees in Kuching, Sarawak.
