Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of workers towards the effectiveness of teamwork in Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Kuching. One Case study was executed at TM Retail 100 department with 40 respondents only and questionnaires "·ere used to get feedbacks from the workers at the department. Data obtained were analyzed by using descriptive and inFerential statistics including Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Independent t-test, One-Way Anova and Linear Regression The finding 0/ this research indicates that perception of workers towards the effectiveness of teamwork is strongly influenced by team spirit and the relationship between these variables is extremely strong (I' = a 771 and P = 0.000). T-test and One-Way Anova showed that there are no significant differences betweens demographic factors and the effectiveness 0/ teamwork such as gender, ages, education level, position and number of year working. The finding 0/ this research indicates that there is relationship between the effectiveness of teamwork and the factors of leadership, communication and team spirit
