Abstract
Development and the increasing population results in the decline of natural resources to be enjoyed and used by our younger generation. Recycling Project (Projek Kitar Semula) has been practiced in line with the LA-21 in Malaysia with effort from local authority, that is Majlis Perbandaran Miri with the cooperation from the private sector and the community.
