Abstract

The general objective of this study was to investigate the effect of transformational and transactional leadership on job performance of manufacturing industry in Kuching, Sarawak. While researchers have discovered the relationship between transformational and transactional and job performance, the understanding of the effect of transformational and transactional leadership towards manufacturing industries in employees' job performance is scarce. thus, the present research is differs from the previous studies which will resulted in a better understanding on these relationships.
