Abstract

This descriptive exploratory survey examined staff nurses' attitude and perception towards nursing research. The target population in this were the staff nurses in Sarawak General Hospital. A purposive sample of 40 female staff nurses who met the eligibility criteria for the study included the following: (1) female; (2) has five years experiences in nursing filed were being selected
