Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between working system in Land and Survey Department, Sri Aman with related factors such job satisfaction, job related stress, job motivation, job communication, job training and job environment. The objective of the study is to seek whether there is significant relationship between the working system as dependent variables and the six related factors as independent variables. The method of study employed is the survey type of research. The questionnaires were distributed in the Land and Survey Department, Sri Aman. The study found that the development of human factor in the workplace should br given serious attention by the top management in order to develop an effective working system. The organization should put greater effort to provide training and aquisition of skills by the employees.
